At Pantone 294, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fan gear. If your order isn't a home run, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items, including the original packing slip, before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
